You Are Worth It
You Are Worth It
You might already recognize yourself here.
Who am I beyond the roles I play?
What makes it so hard for me to rest?
What am I carrying that isn't actually mine?
What makes me feel responsible for everyone?
What am I afraid will happen when I say no?
What happens when I stop over functioning?

Becky Altman, LMHCA
Becky’s work is shaped by her own experiences of community building, recovery, and living between different cultures. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for how our environments, relationships, and life experiences shape how we see ourselves and the choices we make.
She brings over six years of experience in wellness and mental health, with a particular interest in burnout, life transitions, and the ways we can lose touch with ourselves through years of overfunctioning and survival mode. Her approach incorporates meditation, mindfulness, and somatic practices, along with psychoeducational resources and practical tools that help people better understand themselves and keep exploring between sessions.
She is an Associate Therapist in Washington, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a meditation teacher, and a Brainspotting Practitioner.
Katarina Weigl, PCCA, LMHCA
Having spent over a decade in law, often in male-dominated and high-pressure environments, Katarina knows something about navigating expectations, changing roles, and finding your own way within them. Living and working across different countries and cultures has added another layer to how she thinks about identity, belonging, and change.
Alongside her legal career, she is an associate therapist in California and Washington, with a particular interest in bringing mental health and wellness into spaces where they aren’t typically expected. Her work is experiential and body-aware, moving beyond simply talking and analyzing. Katarina is also a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach and Brainspotting practitioner.
GROUP AGREEMENTS
What we ask of each other.
Confidentiality
What's shared in the group stays in the group.
Speak from experience
"I" statements — not diagnosing or fixing one another.
No fixing
We're here to listen and explore, not solve each other's lives.
Participation without pressure
You choose how much you share, every time.
No competition
No hierarchy of whose experience is harder or more valid.
Curiosity over judgment
Toward our own patterns, not shame about having them.

You’ve Got Questions, We’ve Got Answers
-
Awareness, language, and connection. You'll leave with a clearer sense of the messages you absorbed about being a woman, a deeper awareness of your body and what you need, more honest language for your relationship patterns, and a small group of women who asked the same questions alongside you. This isn't about becoming a different woman — it's about becoming more aware of the one you already are.
-
If you're curious about your own patterns, ready to be honest with a small group of women, and looking to build your toolkit for navigating life, this is built for you. The Shape of a Woman is a support and connection group, not therapy. It's a space for honest conversation, reflection, shared experiences, and community—not individual mental health treatment. If you're looking for one-on-one support, this group may not be the right fit for you right now.
If you're in crisis or need immediate mental health support, please contact a crisis service or call/text 988.
-
Everything you need for the full experience: all four core weeks (Society → Body → Relationships → Self), a consistent spot in the same small group, guided exercises and content each week, plus Bonus Weeks 5 & 6—all included at no extra cost.
-
Each core session runs 1.5 hours, once a week for four weeks. Bonus Weeks 5 & 6 are optional but strongly suggested — they're where a lot of the real integration happens, and where the group gets to keep the conversation going.
-
We run two live tracks — one timed for the U.S., one timed for Europe — so you can join at an hour that actually works for you. Content, facilitators, and format are the same in both; you'll pick your track when you register.
-
Live and online through Zoom. Details will be sent via email before your cohort starts.
-
Becky Altman, LMHCA, and Katarina Weigl, PCCA, LMHCA bring trauma-informed, mind-body approaches to The Shape of a Woman. Learn more about their backgrounds and approach in the Meet Your Facilitators section above or at beckyaltman.com.

$299 — Pay in Full
Includes all 6 weeks, guided exercises, small-group support, and Bonus Weeks 5 & 6.$159 × 2 — Payment Plan
Two payments of $159. Your spot is reserved when you register. The first payment is due at registration, and the second payment will be automatically charged one week before the October 1 start date. -
Registration is non-refundable, so we encourage you to make sure the timing and commitment feel right before signing up. If you're unsure whether the group is a good fit, a connection call is a great next step.
-
Show up, even when it’s inconvenient. Take time to reflect between sessions, not just during them. Say the honest thing, not the polished thing. And if you can, stay for the bonus weeks. The real work happens in what you take with you between sessions and into your everyday life.
-
No — this is a psychoeducational, personal-growth group, not group psychotherapy. There’s no individual clinical relationship between you and the facilitators the way there would be in therapy.
What we do have are Group Agreements everyone commits to keeping what’s shared in the room private, respecting each other’s experiences, and contributing to a space where everyone feels safe to participate. That’s a shared promise between participants, not a legal or clinical guarantee — worth knowing as you decide how much to share.
-
There are no make-up sessions, as the group experience is built around showing up together each week. If you need to miss a session, reach out to your facilitators. They can share the resources and materials from that week so you can stay connected to the content and continue with the group.
-
Each cohort is kept small — 8 to 10 women — on purpose. It’s large enough to hear different perspectives, but small enough that everyone has room to be heard and feel part of the conversation.
-
We ask everyone to join with their camera on and from a safe, quiet space where you can be present and comfortably participate. Please do not attend while driving or doing anything that requires your attention elsewhere.
-
That's completely okay. The Shape of a Woman is an ongoing offering, and new cohorts will open again.
