A therapist
who understands
that high-functioning
and struggling
aren't opposites.

Built from the ground up
in body-based work.

Before I became a therapist, I spent over six years guiding clients through somatic and mindfulness-based practices — learning the body's language long before I had a clinical framework to hold it. That foundation shapes everything I do in session.

I'm also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a trained yoga and meditation teacher, and a Brainspotting practitioner. I work with adults and teens, bring a feminist lens to my practice, and strive to create an affirming space for all clients. I'm a proud LGBTQIA+ ally.

I don't believe therapy should feel cold or clinical. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion into the room, while gently challenging the patterns that no longer serve you. There's space here for tears, silence, insight, and laughter—because healing doesn't happen outside our humanity; it happens within it.

You don't need certainty or a crisis to start therapy — just a willingness to show up as you are. You'll be met with care, curiosity, and a space that can hold the heavy parts.

WHAT I BELIEVE

The framework matters.

Most weren't built for women.

From the outside, I appeared to be living my dream life — traveling the world, practicing yoga, staying busy, and constantly moving forward.

What no one could see was that I was in chronic pain and ignoring it.

Each time I suffered a back injury, I would seek treatment, recover, and jump right back into the same patterns. I never stopped to consider what my body might be trying to tell me.

Until my most severe injury left me unable to walk or stand up straight — facing another surgery and the possibility of permanent nerve damage. For the first time in my adult life, I stopped. I allowed myself to grieve and reflect on whether healing might require more than fixing my body.

That pause changed everything.

I found my way to meditation, to a deep study of the mind-body connection, to understanding how stress, emotion, and nervous system dysregulation had been showing up in my physical health for years.

Within months, my life looked completely different. I regained mobility, rebuilt my relationship with my body, and began teaching others what I had learned.

As I worked with clients as a meditation teacher and health coach, I kept noticing something beneath the surface — deeper layers of trauma, grief, attachment wounds, and nervous system dysregulation that coaching alone couldn't reach. That recognition led me back to school for a Master's degree in Counseling, where I could develop the clinical skills to go there with people.

Today I bring both my professional training and lived experience into this work. I know what it is to be high-functioning and quietly unraveling. I know what it takes to slow down. And I know the kind of change that's possible when you do.
